Hi, I’m Nadia, but you can call me Nad’s!
Welcome to my space of transformation and wellness. I’m a certified Transformational Wellness Coach who’s been through it all, feeling lost, stuck, and unsure of how to move forward. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others reclaim their spark, reconnect with themselves, and thrive.
Life didn’t always look this way for me. For years, I lived on autopilot, disconnected from my body and emotions, weighed down by insecurities and depression. Getting out of bed felt like a battle, and I didn’t know where to turn or how to break free.
From Struggle to Strength
Growing up, I was a fearless, adventurous kid. Whether I was racing around on my bike, skiing, or exploring on horseback, I was always on the move. But as I got older, life’s challenges piled up. Without the tools to cope, I spiraled into self-sabotage and unhealthy habits.
It wasn’t until I moved to New Zealand, a bold leap of faith that everything started to shift. That fresh start gave me the courage to quit smoking, transform my eating habits, and rediscover my love for movement. From yoga teacher training to competing in mini-triathlons, I slowly began to rebuild my life, one step at a time.
Why I Do What I Do
Through my journey, I’ve learned that change is always possible, even when it feels out of reach. I know what it’s like to feel lost, but I also know how powerful it is to take that first step toward a better life.
That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to guiding others through their transformations. Whether you want to lose weight, boost your energy, or create habits that stick, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My Philosophy
Wellness isn’t about being perfect, it’s about progress. Life will throw challenges at you, but it’s how you navigate them that matters. Over the years, I’ve faced my own storms, dealing with depression and anxiety throughout my teens and into adulthood, as well as battling kidney disease and navigating perimenopause. Each of these experiences taught me the importance of listening to my body, adjusting my routines, and never giving up. These challenges shaped who I am today and have given me the tools to help others move through their struggles, too.

From struggle
TO STRENGTH
